Features may change, have bugs, or be unavailable at times. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify functionality without notice during the beta period.

You agree not to:

- Use Testlane to scrape data at scale or circumvent security measures.
- Use Testlane to distribute malware, credential theft, or other harmful code.
- Interfere with the stability, integrity, or security of Testlane.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with our services or infrastructure.
Generated tests and AI content
Testlane generates test steps and scripts using an AI agent. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before running it, especially against production systems. Generated tests are provided on an "as is" basis. We retain rights to use anonymized generated content to improve Testlane.
Testlane interacts with third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or behavior of those sites.
Ownership
As between you and us, you own the tests, prompts, goals, and other content you create with Testlane. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you, including processing your content with the third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy, and to use anonymized generated content to improve Testlane.
We own the Testlane software, services, branding, and all related intellectual property. These terms do not grant you any rights in Testlane except the limited right to use the service in accordance with them.
